Use Adobe Acrobat or another program to create the required PDF attachment.
On the applicable form of the Federal or state return, if a PDF attachment is required a check box will be highlighted in the PDF Attachments section of the form. Once you select the check box, a dialog box will open for you to browse to the location of the PDF file. Click Open after locating the file. UltimateTax attaches a copy of the PDF documentation to the return. If you make any changes to the original PDF file after creating the attachment, you must reattach the file.
If a PDF attachment is required and is not attached, you will not be able to create an e-file.
