To override on the Online software, you would select the line by clicking on it, then push F8, then Tab off the line to set the override (the line should turn blue).
If the user can still not override, they may be using a keyboard with an Fn key that needs to be used when using Function Keys like F1-F12 (Example: Fn+F8).
