How to create a business return in UltimateTax

UltimateTax Online supports 1120S and 1065 business returns. 

UltimateTax Desktop is required for 1120C, 990, 709, and 706 business package returns. If you need to download a copy of the Desktop software you can do so by logging into https://myultimatetax.com and visiting your Software tab. Each year should have a Desktop download link available.

To create a business return:

1. Sign in to UltimateTax Online or UltimateTax Desktop.
2. In UltimateTax Online, choose 1120S or 1065 when you create the return.
3. In UltimateTax Desktop, use Change Package at login or from the Dashboard to select 1120S, 1120C, 1065,  990, 709, or 706.
