Often our support technicians will use the term "rehang" when referring to your acknowledgements. Rehanging refers to the process of resending the acknowledgement back down to your system so you can pick it back up. This process typically takes ~20 minutes from when the support technician clicks the rehang button.
Please allow this much time to pass before pulling in your acknowledgements
