In many cases, the software will generate an error if there is a special character such as a hyphen (-) or a comma (,) somewhere it is not allowed. If receiving an error that specifies a piece of text with these characters, find the form this is entered on and remove it.
Additionally, if there are two spaces between any words, this will also generate a similar error. Simply remove the extra space.
