The error "Unable to process selected acknowledgments. Database record was not found for the selected acknowledgments." is received when an acknowledgment is downloaded for a return that is not present on the system.
This is caused when returns are sent and received by more than one computer that is not networked together. We strongly advise that you network multiple computers together if you plan to use more than one for e-filing.
