Error 257 - This user (Admin)...

This error occurs in the Desktop software whenever the user attempts to START A NEW RETURN while signed in as the ADMIN user.

To resolve this error, simply click on the CHANGE USER button from the main screen of the software and change the dropdown to GUEST or another user with permission to create a return.
