The UltimateTax Desktop software can be installed on a computer network to share tax returns and database information across many PCs. To install your software on a prepared network, ensure that the software is already installed on your main computer to the shared drive. From there, open the shared drive and find the UTSYY folder. From there, look for another folder named TWTECH.
In that folder, you'll find the setup.exe. Running this will begin the setup process for the workstation. Simply follow the prompts to finalize the installation. All information from the main computer will be visible on this computer. Please know that the same return cannot be opened on more than one PC at a time.
