To carry forward your prior year's price sheets, first, you must log into your current year UltimateTax software as an Admin. Once logged in, find Tools at the top of the screen and scroll down to Utilities/Setup Assistant. In the following window, highlight Setup at the top and select Setup Assistant.
When the Setup Assistant opens, look for Configuration Settings on the left pane and select it. In this window, check just the box marked Tax Form Defaults. Then click on the button marked Load Configuration Settings.
You may receive messages that data exists, asking if you'd like to override the information. Please click Yes as they appear. Once the process is complete, your price sheets should be available from last year.
