Unable to Run Diagnostics

If you click the Diagnostics button and the Diagnostics window does not show there are a few things you can look for that may be causing the issue.

• Missing hyphens from the SSN on the Main Information page
• Incorrect or missing birth date data on the Main Information page
• Excessive wages or withholdings on a W2 form

These are the most common causes for the Diagnostic window not opening however they aren't the only causes. Look for any information that doesn't seem correct.
