To resolve the error, do the following:
- Log into UltimateTax as Admin.
- Select Tools from the main menu.
- Select e-Signature > e-Signature Document Center Home.
- In the Select desired account field, select the account. Note: Clicking on the account name will cause all accounts to display.
- Click Next.
- Enter your password.
- Click Next.
- If you can log into your Document Center Home, then you can log in when in a return. Note: When accessing e-signature through a return, ensure you select the correct account in the Select desired account window before clicking next to enter your password.
- If you receive the error message "We are unable to log you in with the given credentials, " you will need to reset the password. Learn more about that process by clicking here.
