To resolve the error, do the following:
- Log into UltimateTax as Admin.
- Select Tools from the main menu.
- Select e-Signature > e-Signature Document Center Home.
- In the Select desired account field, select the account. Note: Clicking on the account name will cause all accounts to display.
- Click Next.
- Enter your password.
- Click Next.
- If you are able to log into your Document Center Home, then you can log in when in a return. Note: When accessing e-signature through a return, make sure you are selecting the correct account in the Select desired account window, before clicking next to enter your password.
- If you receive the error message "We are unable to log you in with the given credentials" again, then you will need to reset the password. Learn more about that process by clicking here.
