Opening the F1 Help menu may show blank or with a message of “This webpage not be displayed.” This can be caused by the software being set up in a network when only a single installation, or vice versa.
To fix this, open the Setup Assistant by going to Tools>Utilities/Setup Assistant>Setup>Setup Assistant>Printing and Network Setup. Here, change the selected option under Install Options to the correct option. If it is already in the correct option, change it and restart the program to reload the help files. After restarting the software, head back to Printing and Network Setup and switch it back. You should now be able to see the help files correctly when in a return.
