Sometimes the zoom setting can stop you from being able to see or click on certain elements of your Online software. You can check this setting in most internet browsers by clicking on the Options button in the top right.
Ensure that the zoom setting is set to 100%. This is the setting where all of the windows and elements of the Online software have been designed.
