Due to e-file regulations, the date field on the NOL carryover worksheet changed from a four-digit year field (YYYY) to a month and year field (MM/YYYY). Also, no punctuation is allowed in this or other similar fields of returns that will be e-filed.
Click OK in this message box, and then replace the four-digit year shown in the Review Entry box with the month and year of the end of your client's tax year, such as 12/2022 for a 2022 calendar-year filer. Remove any punctuation you may have included in this or other fields.
This information applies to all years of the UltimateTax software.
