To e-file an extension for Form 1120S, 1120C, and 1065
Fill in the information about the Company, address, and other required information, in Red.
Select Yes to the question - Do you want to electronically file this return?
Select Form 7004 without direct debit or Form 7004 with direct debit for the What form(s) are you e-filing using?
Make sure your office information is filled out on the 8879.
On the 7004, select the check box at the top of the page to indicate if you are using this form.
Run diagnostics and correct any errors you may receive.
For Desktop Users:
Click Extension E-File to create the e-file.
Close the return and select Send Return. Mark the return and click send.
For Online users:
Click Create Extension(s) to create the e-file.
The e-file can be sent inside of the return diagnostics window, or from the E-filing tab.
This information applies to all e-filable years of the UltimateTax software.
