Form 8109-B was used to deposit payments at a local bank for payroll, corporation, exempt organization, and excise taxes on a quarterly basis. With the discontinuance of Form 8109-B, businesses are now required to make deposits electronically using the Electronic Federal Tax Payment System (EFTPS).
