When this has been observed with the HP LaserJet driver, the problem was resolved by changing the printer driver. Changing the driver to an HP LaserJet latest driver should work well.
"Adding" a new driver printer to the system (through the Add Printer wizard), devoted solely to UltimateTax, will allow you to continue to use the print driver as it is in other applications.
