**Issue Resolved**
Scenario:
You attempt to create an efile for a state return and you get a validation error similar to this:
The value of the 'http://www.irs.gov/efile:NonExpr' element does not equal its fixed value.
This particular taxpayer holds a state ID that has no expiration date.
You checked the box indicating "no expiration date" and entered no date, but the validation error continues.
Solution:
The state module will need to be updated and released by us.
Please hold the efiles until you get that state module.
We have identified AL, AZ, and GA so far but are testing other states to identify them all and correct.
