Sch I (706) - Annuities

What is the form used for? :

An annuity is an agreement to make periodic cash payments to one or more persons over a specified period. Annuities are subject to estate tax only if payments (or one lump sum payment) continue after the decedent's death.

How to access the form: To access the form, you will need to open a 706 return on the desktop and then go to Add Form/Display then, in the box, type 706 I.

Limits to the form: This form can only be accessed from the desktop software. This form cannot be copied.
