Beginning in 2018, all states are given as they are release. This does mean that there is no longer a REQUEST A STATE button or option for requesting states.
All states are now downloaded through the COMMUNICATIONS > GET MODULE UPDATES option in your Desktop software. If a state does not download, please contact our support team and let us know so we can investigate further!
