If you are having issues logging in to your Online software for the first time, ensure that you are using the right login information.
You will need your Client ID and Registration Code, both of which can be found by signing into your Customer Portal at MyUltimateTax.com and visiting your Software Download page.
On that same page will be a link to your online software.
Click the link and enter the information as it is below-
For the first time logging in, you will use the username "admin," and your password will be your Registration Code, WITH the hyphens.
