In a perfect world no one buys something they don't need so they don't ask for refunds. We provided you many resources before you purchased. Then we called, emailed and spent lots of time making sure our product was the right solution.
Now you would like to cancel, first we would like to know why. Is it something we could help with before we cancel the order?

Please contact our sales division to ask to cancel your order, we do follow our published return policies and when we mean follow them, that's what we look at when a customer wants a refund. Customers asking for a refund happens so rarely that we have to look at this same document.
