To enable compatibility mode
Open Internet Explorer.
Press ALT on the keyboard and then click the Tools menu that appears.
On the Tools menu, click Compatibility View Settings.
In the Compatibility View Settings window, enter the following Web sites into the Add this website box, and then click Add:
taxwise.com
cchsfs.com
Repeat step 4 as needed for any other sites you want to add and click Close.
Your browser will behave like an earlier version of Internet Explorer when visiting the sites you have added.
Microsoft no longer supports Internet Explorer, we advise using Microsoft Edge or Google Chrome now.
