UltimateTax Online supports a various number of keyboard shortcuts that allow you to navigate and access different functions of the software without having to look for something to click.

| F3 or Ctrl+Space | Estimates and un-estimates the highlighted entry |
| F8 or Ctrl+Enter | Overrides or un-overrides the highlighted entry |
| F9 | Opens the "Create a Link" tool to link forms together |
| F11 | Minimizes the current window to your toolbar |
| Ctrl+R | Refreshes the web page |
| Ctrl+E | Jumps to the next required entry |
| Ctrl+I | Insert row on a multi-line statement or worksheet |
| Ctrl+R | Remove the row on a multi-line statement or worksheet |
