This is because Form 9325 is only needed when returns are e-filed. The form has no manual-entry fields, and it is only printed when return acknowledgments are printed.
To make sure this form is always printed, you need to select this option in Printer Setup.
To set Form 9325 to always be printed
- When signed in as Admin, go to Tools>Utilities/Setup Assistant
- In the Utility Window, click Setup>Setup Assistant
- Under the Setup Assistant, select Printing and Network Setup in the green on the left
- Select the checkbox for "Automatically print form 9325 when federal return is accepted."
Form 9325 will automatically be printed when returns are acknowledged by the IRS.
Note: There is no way to reprint Form 9325.
