To change the Accumulated Depreciation presentation
- On the Reports menu, click Financial Statement Setup.
- Edit the financial statement.
- Highlight the row by clicking in the Row Type column.
- On the left side, select Summary Account Row.
- Assign the accounts included in the Summary row, and click Select.
- Select the Debit Balance radio button under Display attributes for debit balance.
- Click the Recalculate button at the top of the screen to recalculate the totals.
This information applies to all years of the UltimateTax software.
