Unable to edit Master Template (UltimateTax Online)

You cannot edit or delete a template in either production or training that was sent by another location. You can create a new template based on the Master Template. Detailed instructions for creating or modifying templates can be found by clicking the Training Sessions at the UltimateTax Online/UltimateTax Online Training Help Center.
