We work closely with the IRS to resolve these issues and ensure your clients' returns are processed as quickly as possible. While the IRS is taking special steps to help impacted taxpayers and is working aggressively to address this situation, it may take 4-6 weeks from this date to issue refunds to affected taxpayers. Remind your clients they can check "Where's My Refund?" on IRS.gov to track the status of their refund. "Where's My Refund?" is updated nightly, so clients only need to check the site once daily.
