Sch C (1040) - Profit or Loss from Business (Sole Prop.)

What is the form used for? :

  • Schedule C (Form 1040 or 1040-SR) to report income or loss from a business you operated or a profession you practiced as a sole proprietor.

Is the form Supported in our program? Yes

How to access the form: To access the form, you will need to open a 1040/Business return on the online/desktop and then go to Add Form/Display and Sch C.

Limits to the form: The business variant of this form can only be accessed from the desktop software. This form can be copied. For e-filing, you cannot have more than 8 Sch C forms in a single return.
