What is the form used for? :
Schedule B (Form 990, 990-EZ, or 990-PF) is used to provide information on contributions the organization reported on:
- Form 990, Return of Organization Exempt From Income Tax, Part VIII, Statement of Revenue, line 1;
- Form 990-EZ, Short Form Return of Organization Exempt From Income Tax, Part I, line 1; or
- Form 990-PF, Return of Private Foundation, Part I, line 1.

How to access the form: To access the form, you will need to open a 990 return on the Desktop version of UltimateTax and use the Add a Form function to add "Sch B."
Limits to the form: This form can only be accessed from the Desktop software. This form cannot be copied.
