What is the form used for? :
A corporation (or a farmer’s cooperative) files this form if it adopts a resolution or plans to dissolve the corporation or liquidate any of its stock.
Is the form Supported in our program? The 966 form is in the Misc package exclusive to the Desktop version of UltimateTax.
How to access the form: In a Miscellaneous return, use the Add Form function to add a new 966 form to the return.
Limits to the form: This form is only available to the Miscellaneous package and can not be e-filed.
