What is the form used for? :
- Tax-exempt organizations, nonexempt charitable trusts, and section 527 political organizations file Form 990-EZ to provide the IRS with the information required by section 6033.

Form 990-EZ can be filed by organizations with gross receipts of less than $200,000 and total assets of less than $500,000 at the end of their tax year.
Is the form Supported in our program? The 990-EZ form is supported in the 990 package which is exclusive to the Desktop version of UltimateTax.
How to access the form: While in a 990 return, navigate to the Main Info page and indicate that you are filing a 990-EZ return. This will add the appropriate forms.
Limits to the form: This form is only available to the 990 package. You may only have one copy of this form per return.
