What is the form used for? :
Corporations that, at any time during the tax year, had assets in or operated a business in a foreign country or a U.S. possession may have to file Schedule N. If the corporation answers “Yes” to any of the questions on page 1, attach Schedule N and the applicable forms and schedules to the corporation’s tax return.
Is the form Supported in our program? The Schedule N form is available in the 1120 C package which is exclusive to the Desktop version of UltimateTax.
How to access the form: While in a return, use the Add Form function to add a new Sch N form to the return.
Limits to the form: This form is only available to the 1120 C package. There is a limit of one copy for each return.
