Schedule O - Supplemental Information to Form 990 or 990-EZ

What is the form used for? :

An organization should use Schedule O (Form 990), rather than separate attachments, to:

  • Provide the IRS with narrative information required for responses to specific questions on Form 990 or 990-EZ.
  • Explain the organization’s operations or responses to various questions.

Is the form Supported in our program? The Schedule O form is supported in the 990 package which is exclusive to the Desktop version of UltimateTax.

How to access the form: While in a return, use the Add Form function to add a new Sch O form to the return.

Limits to the form: This form is only available to the 990 package. You may only have one copy of the Sch O form in each return.
