Schedule N (990)- Liquidation, Termination, or Dissolution of Assets

What is the form used for?

Organizations that file Form 990 or Form 990-EZ use this schedule to provide information relating to going out of existence or disposing of more than 25 percent of their net assets through a contraction, sale, exchange, or other disposition.

Is the form Supported in our program? The Schedule N form is available for the 990 package, exclusive to the Desktop version of UltimateTax.

How to access the form: While in a 990 return, use the Add Form function to add a new Schedule N form to the return.

Limits to the form: This form is only available to the 990 package. Please note that there is a limit of one of each per return, however the third page may be copied as needed.
