2220 - Underpayment of Estimated Tax by Corporations

What is the form used for?

Corporations, tax-exempt organizations subject to the unrelated business income tax, and private foundations use Form 2220 to determine the following:

  • Whether they are subject to the penalty for underpayment of estimated tax.,
  • The amount of the underpayment penalty for the period that applies.

Is the form Supported in our program? Yes

How to access the form: To access the form, you will need to open an 1120 C/S and 990 return on the desktop and then go to Add Form/Display and type 2220.

Limits to the form: This is a corporate form and can only be accessed from the desktop software. This form cannot be copied.
