1120X - Amend Income Tax Return

What is the form used for? :

• Corporations use Form 1120-X to: Correct a Form 1120 (or Form 1120-A, if applicable) as originally filed or adjusted later by an amended return, a claim for refund, or an examination. Make certain elections after the prescribed deadline.

How to access the form: To access the form, you will need to open an 1120 return on the desktop and then go to Add Form/Display and type 1120X.

Limits to the form: This form is corporate and can only be accessed from the desktop software. This form cannot be copied.
