What is the form used for?

  • Use Form 1310 to claim a refund on behalf of a deceased taxpayer.

Is the form Supported in our program? The 1310 form is supported in the 1040 package on both the Desktop and Online platforms.

How to access the form: While in a return, use the Add Form function to add a new 1310 form to the return.

Limits to the form: This form is only available in the 1040 package, and there may only be one 1310 in each return.
