Each year, every customer is required to complete the UltimateTax Software compliance test found on the Customer Portal (https://myultimatetax.com) to be able to view their Registration Codes and Software Download links. The test differs from the banking compliance test in that this has nothing to do with your bank application. This test will help outline what UltimateTax customers can expect from our support team as well as what our support team expects from our UltimateTax customers.
To take the test every year, begin by logging into the UltimateTax Customer Portal. Then click on the Software Downloads button found on your main screen.
On the following screen, you will see the button that will take you to the testing page. You only need to click on the orange button to begin taking your test. The test is relatively short and easy to understand, ensuring you get the most information in the least amount of time.
Once you complete the test, you will be shown three buttons. They will allow you to print out the certificate you have just earned as well as reveal your software download page. You are not required to print the certificate and this is for your records only.
