The database error that reads "Unable to process selected acknowledgments. Database record was not found for the selected acknowledgment (s)." can be very frustrating.
Though it is frustrating, there is only one reason this error occurs.
If you see this error, it means that more than one computer is registered with the same Client ID software. Computer A. is pulling in an acknowledgment for a return not located on the computer. Computer B. is holding a return that it will not receive an acknowledgment for.
To prevent the error, a network must be established by a local computer technician. Once a network is established, UltimateTax technicians can assist with establishing workstations to work alongside the main computer.
