Hub testing started this week 1/17/2017. That means you can send returns electronically. So unofficially the season has started.
We have seen returns go through the process. Returns are getting accepted and rejected. We are even seeing customers get advance checks.
Consider even though you can send returns, this time before the 29th that you can send returns, means that the process might take a bit more time than normal. So as long as you sent the return be patient, the system is working.
